Article 1 (Purpose)

These terms set out the rights, obligations and responsibilities between dairoon Inc (the "Company") and users in connection with the use of the website www.dairoon.com (the "Site").

Article 2 (Content of the Site)

The Site introduces the Company and the services it provides or is preparing (such as the Agency and Modoo Deal) and provides a form for submitting inquiries.

Article 3 (Inquiries)

Users may submit inquiries through the inquiry form, and the Company will review and reply to them. Submitting an inquiry does not by itself create a service or contract agreement.

Article 4 (Conditions of individual services)

The terms of individual services, such as agency projects and Modoo Deal, will be provided separately when the service is offered. These terms apply to the use of the Site.

Article 5 (Intellectual property)

Rights to the text, images and logos on the Site belong to the Company and may not be copied, distributed or transmitted without the Company’s prior consent.

Article 6 (User obligations)

Users must not use another person’s information, enter false information, or interfere with the normal operation of the Site.

Article 7 (Disclaimer)

The Company is not liable for disruptions to the Site caused by circumstances beyond its control, such as natural disasters or communication failures. Information on the Site may change without prior notice.

Article 8 (Changes to the terms)

The Company may change these terms when necessary and will post any changes on the Site.

Addendum

These terms take effect on the date they are posted on the Site.
